To upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11, follow these steps carefully:

Upgrade Process
Option 1: Using Windows Update (if supported)
- Open Settings > Update & Security
> Windows Update.
- If eligible, you’ll see “Upgrade to Windows
11 is ready”.
- Click Download and install.
- Follow on-screen steps.
If you don’t
see the Windows 11 option, use Option 2.
Option 2: Using Windows 11
Installation Assistant
- Visit Microsoft’s official page:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software-download/windows11 - Click on "Windows 11 Installation
Assistant".
- Download and Run the tool.
- It will guide you through the upgrade.
Option 3: Create USB Bootable
Drive (Clean Install)
If you
want to start fresh:
- On the same Microsoft link above, scroll down
to “Create Windows 11 Installation Media”.
- Use it to create a bootable USB (at
least 8 GB).
- Boot from USB and install manually.
- Back up important data before upgrading.
- Some apps or settings might not migrate
perfectly.
- If your PC is unsupported, you may bypass checks
(not recommended) but Microsoft may block updates later.
